Terms of Service
These terms govern access to JINGTANG's public website, account-controlled Workspace, professional services when separately agreed, and any integration enabled for an account.
1. Agreement and operator
The service is operated by Jingtang (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.. By creating an account or using an available service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Service boundary
JINGTANG provides controlled social-publishing and enterprise content-approval capabilities only as marked by current status. Early Access, Coming Soon, Schedule Not Available, account-access, and platform-specific limitations are part of the service description and must not be treated as broader availability promises.
3. Accounts, Workspaces, and roles
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access, and use only Workspaces and roles they are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for membership and role assignments. Role enforcement does not replace an organization's own approval obligations.
4. User content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You confirm you own it or have the permissions needed to store, adapt, approve, and publish it. You grant JINGTANG only the limited rights needed to perform your explicit instructions. JINGTANG does not gain ownership or automatically add its watermark, logo, links, or promotional text.
5. Publishing control
Only an authorized user may select accounts, approve content, confirm publishing, schedule where verified, revoke authorization, or request deletion. Approval and publish are separate actions. Platform processing, moderation, quotas, and availability remain controlled by the relevant platform.
6. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and external services
When YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok functionality is enabled for an account, use is also governed by the applicable platform terms and privacy policy. Facebook Page publishing sends only the exact user-confirmed MP4, title, and description to the selected Page. Instagram publishing sends only the exact confirmed MP4 and caption to the selected Professional account as a Reel with share_to_feed=false. TikTok Direct Post sends only the exact user-confirmed MP4, caption, privacy, interaction, commercial-content, and AI-content choices to the selected TikTok account; current controlled access requires manual SELF_ONLY. The platform controls processing, visibility, distribution, moderation, and the hosted copy. Disconnecting JINGTANG does not remove that copy. Other integrations remain unavailable unless JINGTANG marks them otherwise from verified capability.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use JINGTANG to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property or privacy rights; bypass authorization or role boundaries; upload malware; probe another tenant; misrepresent identity; scrape credentials; or publish content you are not authorized to use.
8. Availability and changes
Service capabilities may change, pause, or remain unavailable. JINGTANG may protect users, data, platforms, or the service by limiting access. Material Terms changes receive a new version and any required notice or consent.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. External platforms may reject, delay, restrict, remove, or alter content independently. Any warranties, liability limits, mandatory rights, and dispute rules apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separately signed agreement.
